PatientWisdom is a digital platform that improves health and care by listening to patients, individually and at scale. Patients share brief ‘stories’ about themselves, their health, and their care. Current partners include Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, Yale New Haven Health System, OSF Healthcare, the Health Transformation Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital, and University of Iowa Health Care.
