Competition during the 2018 Connected Health Conference. The awards were announced by Dr. Joseph Kvedar, Vice President for Connected Health at Partners HealthCare, during the conference on October 19.
The competition sought products and technologies that are used by patients or consumers of healthcare or wellness services outside of the hospital environment, and that meet the theme of the Conference: Balancing Technology and the Human Element. Among the ten finalists, PatientWisdom’s mobile-responsive digital site, which helps patients share ‘stories’ about what matters to them and delivers a one-screen inSIGHT summary via the electronic health record to every member of the care team, was voted the Most Patient-Centered.
